Postcards of the Past

Archangelsk (Арха́нгельск), Russia

Archangelsk (formerly Archangel in English) lies on the River Dvina near where it flows into the White Sea in the far north of Russia. It was the chief seaport of medieval Russia and is located at the end of the 1,133 km railway which connects it to Moscow via Vologda and Yaroslavl.

In conjunction with Zazzle, we have produced an extensive range of gifts, using images from these old postcards. The items available include many reproduction postcards, coffee mugs, Christmas cards, birthday cards, key chains, fridge magnets, watches etc. Most items may be personalised.
